{{Quickfixn}} Fix 5.0 SP2 - Standard Header outgoing messages

Hi QuickFix team,

When sending outgoing Fix 5.0 SP2 messages, the target requires that all the messages must define systematically these fields in the header :

ApplVerID = "9"
CstmApplVerID = "2.6"
ApplExtID = 168

To avoid writing this in each outgoing message, is there a way to set these fields in the header configuration ?
