{{Quickfixn}} In Correct Fix Specification

This appears to be based on an earlier (2009 I think) version of 5.0sp2.
In the current version (2011) of the spec that I just downloaded from
www.fixtradingcommunity.org, these tags are crossed out.  Our xml file
should probably be updated to remove them as well.

However, it should be noted that your source (an unsourced screenshot?)
also appears to be wrong.  Current spec version has *no fields defined* for
1582-1586, and I am unaware of any source that gives the definition you
cited.

FIXimate, the DD navigation tool provided by the FIX working group, also
agrees that 1582-1586 are undefined.

I recommend that you always use FIXimate as your primary source for FIX
definitions.
