{{Quickfixn}} In Correct Fix Specification

Hi,
            Could anyone please let me know why the QuickFixn specification is not inline along with standard FIX specification. For example the following tags are different.
The standard FIX specification says for tag 1582 - 1584 is Security Classification Group
[cid:image001.png at 01D24374.796FE7D0]

But QuickFixn specification FIX50SP2.xml says that the group is RelationShipRisk. See below. By no means I don't think they are custom tags. Can anyone please clarify?
