You cannot use an unmodified FIX42.xml.  You need to ask TT to give you
their modified version of this file - they will provide it.  Your only
other option is to modify FIX42.xml by hand to match TT's spec -- but
again, this is unnecessary because they will provide it to you.

Both of your questions are really about the same root cause: your
DataDictionary is wrong.  We can see from this Reject message that QF/n is
rejecting Execution Reports (372=8) because NoRelatedSym (371=146) is not
defined for Execution Reports in your FIX42.xml.  Get the correct
DataDictionary xml from TT and all your problems will be resolved.
