Hi Mike,
One of our developers found a branch on github that includes a change specifically to accommodate the new-ish CME test requirement: https://github.com/roji/quickfixn/commit/889b8d8bdd70857337074bf1a46de22d32719f07
We included the modified code in our iLink adapter and we passed the certification test. I know a new version of QuickFIX/n isn't in the works right now, but it would be great if the next version included this change for 'on-demand' chunked resends.
Thanks,
PAUL RASKIN

Paul,
We actually certified a modified version of qfn_uidemo<https://github.com/connamara/qfn_uidemo> against autocert+ a while back. At that time (at least a year ago), setting MaxMessagesInResendRequest=2500 was sufficient, so I'm guessing this autocert scenario has changed to additionally require non-overlapping requests. A brief look at the equivalent code confirms that qf/j implements it this way, so I suggest that we open a github issue for this.
p.s. Thanks for the detailed report -- if only all issue reports were that thorough!
