{{Quickfixn}} iLink Certificaton Using QuickFIX/n 1.4

We will absolutely want to support CME in the next release.  As Mike may
have touched on, we thought we actually did already; passing Autocert was
one of our goals before the first QF/n release.

It would be great if your developer would submit a pull request for that
work, so that we may refer to it later when we find some time to make
another push at QF/n.
