Paul,

We actually certified a modified version of
qfn_uidemo<https://github.com/connamara/qfn_uidemo> against
autocert+ a while back.  At that time (at least a year ago), setting
MaxMessagesInResendRequest=2500 was sufficient, so I'm guessing this
autocert scenario has changed to additionally require non-overlapping
requests.  A brief look at the equivalent code confirms that qf/j
implements it this way, so  I suggest that we open a github issue for this.

p.s. Thanks for the detailed report -- if only all issue reports were that
thorough!
