{{Quickfixn}} Fix Adapter 1.4 resetting the adapter

We are currently using Fix Sim Adapter 1.4 with FixSim.    When the
sequence numbers fall out of synch between FixSim and the adapter, we need
to reset the adapter.  What steps should we follow when resetting the
adapter so that it goes back in synch with FixSim.


The reason I am asking is because, when I follow the same steps I followed
when we were using version 1.3 of the adapter, with version 1.4, the reset
does not work.

Have the steps for resetting the adapter changed for version 1.4 of the
adapter?  What are those steps?
