{{Quickfixn}} Loading CA certs when connecting via stunnel

Hi,

I am using quickfix/n and have been struggling with trying to connect to a
fix server over tls1.2 - it keeps getting downgraded to tls 1.0. This only
happens with one particular counter party, the same app works with another
LP without an issue on TLS v.12

I then thought about using stunnel to route the fix connection and it
managed to connect at TLSv1.2. However the LP doesn't see the certs
anymore. These are public certs have been installed.

I have included the cert friendly name in the cfg file but still no joy.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
