{{Quickfixn}} (no subject)

I got the following code from http://quickfixn.org/tutorial/creating-an-application.html (Converted to VB.Net from https://converter.telerik.com/)

I get the following error “Classes can inherit only from other classes”  from the line of code “Inherits IApplication”
The issue is QuickFix.IApplication is an Interface not a class

The QF/n engine is just a dll.  It can work with a console app, or it can work with a Forms app.  A console app is easier for a beginner.

I think you need to experiment a little more.   I suggest you write 2 apps: a simple initiator and a simple acceptor (both console apps) and try to get the initiator to login to the acceptor.
