{{Quickfixn}} FileStore broken

Hello,
The Refresh() method on the FileStore class currently throws a NotImplemented exception. Some changes elsewhere in the code base mean that this is now actually being called when the FileStore is used. This means the 1.8 release is broken. The 1.5 release works (not sure about the versions in between).

I have submitted a PR to fix this: https://github.com/connamara/quickfixn/pull/547 . This seems to be a pretty serious defect. Can we expect a release to be made with that fix included soon, or do I need to fork and roll our own? I saw somewhere on the mailing list that the nuget packages on nuget.org are not "official". Could someone clarify the situation?
