{{Quickfixn}} QuickFix C# TLSv12 Enable

Hi,

I'm using QuickFixn 1.14.3  DLL. When I connect ICE site using port 443 I get log out message. ICE support says my request is coming as SSL not Tlsv1.2 protocol.

How would I enable FIX message for TLSV1.2. I'm using 4.6.1 .NET Frame work. The parameters in the config file are

SSLEnable=N
SSLProtocols=TLSv1.2.

The error message I see is
