{{Quickfixn}} Acceptor Sequence number starts with 2 (instead of 1) after weekly reset

Hi,
Our system is acceptor for fix connections. We have got unexpected behavior, where after weekend reset our system starts the Sequence number from 2 instead of 1. Here are the fix logs

2017-11-26 16:00:04.0145 FIX event Invalid message: Equal sign not found in field
>From outgoing request it can be identified that Acceptor starts the seq from 2 instead of 1.
Could anyone please help me out here.
