Try to go through all the xml files for fix4.4.xml files, there may be
several in the  client folder, and change all of them. Secpnd thing is make
sure the format is correct for the additions you make. They have to be in
the right part of the xml file as well as in the right format.

All i can think of with the info provided. Could you also add the exception
you get when you add the things to your xml, might give more info.
