{{Quickfixn}} How to debug Length Issues?

Hi,
            I have added the following three fields to my SecurityListResponse(y) DD as per request by our counter party.

<field number='1582' name='NoSecurityClassifications' type='NUMINGROUP' />
  <field number='1583' name='SecurityClassificationReason' type='INT' />
  <field number='1584' name='SecurityClassificationValue' type='STRING' />

I am receiving multiple Security Responses from counter party. The first two messages are properly validating but the third one is failing with Invalid Length error. The message contains around 1000 bond information. I am not able to figure out which part of the message is not good.

I verified the same message by pasting here  https://fixspec.com/decode/ALrVc79xTaMHeScP4YnRrmxsHiJv6mUC and this parser is not throwing any error. I verified with counter party that there are no NON ASCII characters in the message. Any other clues on how to debug this issue?
