Mike,

Will it only disrupt on my side?

I.e. Will affect the acceptor? I was advised to do this my the API
creaters (who have the acceptor) that I am connecting to. As long
parse the fix log for messages (as they are not getting cracked) - it
is working pretty much as I want.
