{{Quickfixn}} French characters

[Greenfeld, Imanuel (Treasury)]

Hello,

How can I add to a message a French character è (alt 138) ?

When I type è (alt 138) but when I look at a log file where a user typed è (alt 138), the message has ^H (ctrl-H), so other encoding must take place before it comes to me.

Any ideas please ?
