{{Quickfixn}} session issue

What's your config?

I'm wondering if your StartTime/EndTime is not in the time zone you think
it's in.  Since it happens every Monday (and only Monday I assume), I'm
wondering if you have configured a weeklong session (you shouldn't) and if
your StartTime is being converted to another time zone.
