{{Quickfixn}} session issue

Anybody has an idea of how to fix this? It is almost consistent now every Monday I get the same error, and I need to wait for a couple of hours.

Hi all:

I got this message few times in different days, I needed to wait for at least 2 hours before I can connect,
The below from the log file, the log message file is empty which as you know It didn’t make it to send TCR request or any admin message

20141013-16:56:55.122 : Session FIX.4.4:2671/1->ICE already disconnected: Resetting...
20141013-16:56:55.128 : Session reset: Out of SessionTime (Session construction)
