Sender and target information aside...

Is there anything wrong with either of these two logon messages?  We have been bouncing back and forth with Reuters about the validity of our messages, and whether the ordering of this message is correct or not.

We have the ability to connect for a moment, and then immediately have the connection closed, with the message for our logs:
