{{Quickfixn}} new beta release - 1.4.0beta2

Thanks to Ervin Marguc for finding a bug in the beta.  I've fixed that and
uploaded a new beta2 build, which you can grab from the download page:

The bug pretty benign, actually.  The function SessionSchedule.LastEndTime
was not doing a timezone conversion correctly if your config specified a
time zone other than local or utc.  The engine doesn't actually use this
function anymore, though, so the engine's behavior was not affected.  (This
LastEndTime function may be removed in a future v2.0.)
