{{Quickfixn}} FIX Heartbeat Message Not Sent

Before doing anything else, you should update to the newest QF/n release.
 We've fixed quite a few bugs.

This one might be issue #57, which is fixed in v1.2.0.

I highly recommend that you keep your applications up-to-date with the
newest QF/n release.
