{{Quickfixn}} QuickFIX Log Viewer

Hi,

I recently asked about a logviewer for the newer versions of fix.
I found the original quickfix logviewer to be very useful, so I forked the
repo here <https://github.com/ruaanviljoen/quickfix-logviewer> and added
support for FIX50 and later (transport- and application data dictionaries
specified separately).

I am still in the process of cleaning it up and getting it into release
state. Just thought I'd give a heads up if it could be of use to someone so
long, or if someone wanted to give a hand in cleaning it up.
