{{Quickfixn}} Required field missing?

I am getting the following error on a sequence reset request...

20120719-19:18:25.442 : Sent ResendRequest FROM: 1 TO: 0
20120719-19:18:25.459 : ResendRequest for messages FROM: 1 TO: 0 has been
satisfied.
20120719-19:18:26.071 : Processing queued message: 5
20120719-19:18:26.094 : Message 5 Rejected: Required tag missing (Field=122)


I do not see tag 5 shown as being required, but the fix spec says that it
is required when transmitting orders as the result of a resend request?
