You are looking at the event log.  It appears your app had gotten logged
off of the FIX connection, but your app still tried to send a message (a
reject message) to the counterparty.

Obviously, you cannot send a message on a connection that is no longer
alive, thus the error.

The message log would be much more useful to you, as it shows every message
that comes in to or out of your application.  In this case, you need to
figure out why you got logged off.
