{{Quickfixn}} QF/N project update

Just a short update to let everyone know what's going on.

We're planning on putting out another release soon, but first we'd like to
solve a few bugs which we consider critical.

Specially, the highest-priority issue at this point is #22 - sequence
numbers are not being reset according to StartTime/EndTime.  I'm not sure how
we managed to released QF/n without this working, but it's a major mistake
that we need to rectify.

The other one I'd like to get in is #32 - NuGet support.  This isn't a
critical feature, but user "nimbus" has pretty much done all the work and I
just need to review and commit it.

Once those are in, we'll push out release 1.2.0.  My goal is to do that
this month.

Following that, we'll move on to the other issues that have been reported:

As always, if anyone would like to take a crack at some of these bugs,
start a fork and see what you can do!  If you need any assistance, do not
hesitate to send a mail to the list.
