<div>I created a pair of test apps, a sender and a receiver.</div>
<div>They are connected and the sender is sending execution reports and then I kill the receiver to simulate failure.</div>

<div>I see an event entry, “Sent ResendRequest FROM: 86820 TO: 0” on the receiver side.</div>
<div>It seems to be asking for all messages from 86820 (either including/excluding, not sure) to 87211 (again not sure, I’m guessing excluding).</div>
<div>The “0” is what throws me.</div>
