{{Quickfixn}} Masking passwords in logs

Hi,

another proposal of change by me:

I have changed my logging from ILogFactory to ILoggerFactory. In my own 
ILog implementation, I added masking of password, but now as this 
implementation is deleted, I have the issue that passwords (Tag 554) is 
logged and this is not acceptable in our production environment. I know 
that I can add filters to my logging, but this will slow down my 
application. So I would prefer to do this directly in quickfix while 
calling log. To be backwards compatible this should be configurable with 
default false.
