{{Quickfixn}} Sending Email Message Problem

The repo is: https://github.com/connamara/quickfixn

If you are using the latest version of the `master` branch in that repo but
still seeing the problem, then I think the problem has to be something you
are doing in your code.  As I said earlier, I ran a demo acceptor on this
branch and called Stop/Start/Stop repeatedly, and saw no issues.
