{{Quickfixn}} Reset Seq Number bug information

We can reproduce on demand with the version we have running and it’s a pretty simple case so I can only assume that is has been fixed (basically just bring the acceptor side down, continue sending on the initiator side and then bring the acceptor back up)

Just trying to confirm that an upgrade would indeed address the issue here.

Basically I have a connection interruption and once the connection comes back up we issue some resend request and then ask for sequence numbers to be reset but then the cycle just repeats over and over again until the session is over.
