The symbols package is indeed available on the NuGet page.  Here's a direct
link:

https://www.nuget.org/api/v2/symbolpackage/QuickFIXn.Core/1.10.0

(Some of you clever folks might notice that some QF/n 1.11.0 packages are
now up on our Nuget page.  Not quite ready to make an announcement yet, but
expect it within a few days.)
