No, actually, I think more of us are on the client side than the broker.
But there's not much of a difference when programming for either.

No disrespect intended, but this sounds like an uninformed question.  Do
you have much experience with FIX?  It's just a messaging protocol. QF/n
helps you send and receive messages over FIX, but the message contents and
structure are highly-dependent on the counterparty (e.g. broker's)
specification.

(FIX provides a default dictionary of messages and fields, but in practice,
every counterparty customizes this dictionary in sometimes-weird ways.  The
default dictionary is at best a suggestion.)
