Strongly suspect that's a fixed bug.  The current release is 1.9 (no, there is not a Nuget, we have never published an official Nuget, though it's coming).

Are you using an old build?

Does this only happen with IOI specifically, or is IOI just the first non-admin message you received?

These first 4 messages suggest to me that the connection was established correctly. However, as soon as I receive an IOI, I get the following:

The messages show that the BeginString for both incoming and outgoing messages are FIX.4.4.

Also, my config has the following:

[Session]
HeartBtInt=60
BeginString=FIX.4.4
UseDataDictionary=Y
DataDictionary=FixMessaging\FixSpec\FIX44.xml

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
