{{Quickfixn}} Dynamic Acceptor Sessions

Mike,

PR  #607 is enabling "*" for BeginString, SenderCompID, SenderSubID,
SenderLocationID, TargetCompID, TargetSubID, and TargetLocationID in
Acceptor session configuration.
Unit tests for the main changes are also added.
