{{Quickfixn}} QuickFIX/n 1.9.0 released!

Jann, I'm always trying to cut the backlog down.
And QF/n 2.0 is always in the back of my mind. I think the current
codebase could use a lot of pruning and renovation. I don't want to say
plans are concrete, because they're not, but in the next 3-6 months I hope
to find the time to begin a pre-2.0 fork and make it public. When it
matures and the interface stabilizes, it would become 2.0.
There are some more improvements to the current codebase that I want to
implement before that happens, though. (My next goal: implement a C#-based
DD-validation-and-codegen tool, so we can get rid of Ruby.)
