{{Quickfixn}} LogonTimeout does NOT appear to work

Hi,

My ECN has asked me to increase my "Timeout" for logon.

I looked in docs and found LogonTimeout BUT it appears to have no effect. I have tried putting it in Deafult and Session and Both.

Nothing works.

I see repeated Logon attempts at roughly 10 second intervals.

Here is my config:
