{{Quickfixn}} TimeZone specifiction

Hi,

I see config can specify a TimeZone.

I want to start/stop in UK a connection that has EST start/stop of 17:00 & 17:02.

I see only one ref to TimeZone on web from 2012, which says to use:

TimeZone=Eastern Standard Time

Can anybody please confirm that this will work?
