{{Quickfixn}} MsgSeqNum (tag 34) limitation

I don't think the spec imposes any implementation.  (At least, my reading
of the int datatype on http://fiximate.fixtrading.org doesn't detail any
limitations, and that site is usually pretty accurate to the spec.)

I think any practical answer to this is dependent on the implementation of
the counterparty you're connecting to.  (But practically, I don't think
hitting any limit is likely, unless you have a really unusual connection.)
