{{Quickfixn}} QuickFix 1.8 Issue - TLS client credential

Team,

I am .Net WCF service which in turn use QuickFix.Net  V1.8, I am getting error "A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013."
There is Stunnel TLS Wrapper installed in "Services".
