{{Quickfixn}} Next version of QuickFix\n

I was wondering when the next release of QuickFix\n was scheduled to come out.
I am interested in using in a .NET Core environment, but v1.8 is for .net 4.6.1 runtime.
I have the master source checked out and see that I can build to both, but was wondering where an official release was in the pipeline.
