{{Quickfixn}} Fix Message sorting

Mohammed, the requirement you describe is just not FIX-like.  If you are
conveying it properly, then your counterparty is misusing FIX.

I have 2 requests:

1) Who is this counterparty?  If it's a provider of any stature, someone
here has to have some experience with it.

2) Can you provide the messages as they appear in your message log?  I
don't trust messages pasted from console out or event log, because they can
be altered or mis-represented in certain cases.  I only trust the raw FIX
message log.
