Do you have the following set in your config file (SessionSettings)?

UseDataDictionary=Y
DataDictionary=/path/to/your/FIX44.xml

You'll need that at the very minimum.  And most likely, you will need to alter FIX44.xml to match your counterparty's spec for the TrdCapRptSideGrp.  E.g., OrderID (tag 37) is required in the default FIX44.xml, but it looks like it is not present in the log that you posted.

According to the info in the message it’s due to a “Tag appearing more than once”, and the Tag is 54 (side).

As this is the actual case (I do have 54 in 2 repeating SIDE groups, one for each side), I’m guessing that the Fix engine doesn’t like something in the SIDE repeating groups for some reason.

My SenderCompID is ITGI0008, TargetCompID: BATSTEST


I’ll be happy to know what am I doing wrong here, and what should be done otherwise so that Reject can be eliminated.

Please see attached the event and message logs, your prompt answer will be highly appreciated.
