{{Quickfixn}} Reconnect Attempts

Not directly.  What I've done in the past is set a watchdog timer to a
multiple of the ReconnectInterval.  If the timer expires, throw an error /
exit.  If an OnLogon callback happens, cancel the timer.  If an OnLogout
callback happens, restart the timer.
