{{Quickfixn}} "Sessionless" fix connection

Hi

We have just received specs for a exchange that “uses” fix for its public data feed.

However it doesn’t handle login messages (It ignores what we send which is no problem, however it doesn’t send a corresponding one, so we time out waiting)
Is there any way I can use quickfix for this? Or will I need to create my own transport layer.
