Suggest to search "FIX" on codeproject.com 

I recommand this one  http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/782560/WPF-FIX-Automated-Trading-Client even throuth it's not a web based application, the concept behind is the same. Just need to change the UI from WPF to Web.

... web application?  No.  I'm not even sure how that would work.  FIX isn't exactly lend itself to a web-based paradigm.
