{{Quickfixn}} Recursive group duplicate Tag

I just saw your GitHub issue.  Sounds like it could be a legitimate bug.

A field is in the main body and in the group.... is that precedented?  Are
there any messages in the standard FIX DD that do that?  Does the FIX spec
say anything about whether that is allowed?
