{{Quickfixn}} Adding a custom group to NewOrderSingle

The order of fields only matters within repeating groups. Those 3 fields
are top-level fields in the message, so the order doesn't matter.

In my DD file, I've pretty much stripped it down to only the messages and
fields required for the ICE TCR interface, plus other minimal messages to
allow QF/j tests to pass when I rebuild it. (Yes, it's a QF/j application,
written before QF/n even existed, but the principles are the same.)
