Just to confirm before I start looking into code, what was your intended StartTime/EndTime? Please tell me using am/pm in your PST time zone.

StartTime/EndTime should be specified in 24-hour time. If you mean midnight, then you should use 00:00.

Got it.. your DLLs, thanks.
Btw .. I think 12:00:00 is shifting my time,
I might do 00:00:00

To be clear, I meant I'm going to check the *Quickfix/N* code. I'm not asking for our code.

For now, I know you can resolve this by changing your StartTime/EndTime to be in UTC and then commenting out the "TimeZone" parameter.
I'm going to check the code to make sure TimeZone is working properly. It should be working; I assume there's a test for it to confirm. But I can't explain your observed failure any other way. "Pacific Standard Time" appears to be a valid string. Maybe a DST issue?

That is what I’m doing, and based on your comment, I thought I had to wait for 2 hours, actually .. it is always good at noon Pacific time, so something has to do with timezone.

What's your config?
I'm wondering if your StartTime/EndTime is not in the time zone you think it's in. Since it happens every Monday (and only Monday I assume), I'm wondering if you have configured a weeklong session (you shouldn't) and if your StartTime is being converted to another time zone.

Anybody has an idea of how to fix this? It is almost consistent now every Monday I get the same error, and I need to wait for a couple of hours.
