I confess that we have not prioritized performance aspects.  We have been more focused on correctness.

I have code that I’ve timed at about 6000 cycles per second.  However, when I call Session.SentToTarget(MyMessage, SessionID) then this drops to around 20 cycles per second.  Surely sending messages (Execution Report Cancellations in this case) should be faster than this?
