Hi,
this is the normal case but it is really depends on your FIX broker and
on the netwrok between you and the FIX broker :) you are also responsabile
to manage your orders on your side. So QuickFix/n is a middle ware/interface
and not a management tool.
Thanks
Walter

Subject: {{Quickfixn}} The time ordering of incoming messages..
Hi,
I'm new to QuickFIX/n. I need to know:
1. Does QuickFIX/n guarantee that the time ordering of incoming messages is
perserved?
In other words, if Joe sends a Buy 100 shares of IBM, then sends Sell 100
shares of IBM immediately thereafter, and I guaranteed that my app will
ALWAYS receive the messages in this order?
2. If so, how is this implemented?
Thanks in advance,
gstevens
